Help Your Doctor

Track your wearing off via an interactive graph and print it off to give to your doctor.

My Diary A symptom diary is a method that can be used to record useful information to help determine whether a person has ‘end-of-dose wearing off’. This can also be used by the patient’s doctor to monitor progress and make any necessary changes to medications.

Question Card Researchers have developed a 19-symptom and a 9-symptom questionnaire and both have been shown to be helpful in identifying people with ‘end-of-dose wearing off’.
